Returns

Return Cost

You are entitled to pay the return shipping fees.

4 Days to Cancel

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 4 days of your submit your order request without giving any reason for doing so.

14 Days to Return

The deadline for returning an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the products of the product delivered.

Condition for Returns

In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The products were purchased in the last 14 days, The products were not used or damaged. The following products cannot be returned:

• The supply of products made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returns

We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
